HP M22F FHD monitor does not recognize iPad 17.4.1

I bought a HDMI to lightning adapter, but my external monitor does not recognize my iPad. I have restarted and unplugged and replugged both, but it’s simply does not recognize my iPad.

The monitor works beautifully with my MacBook Pro.

Ipad Pro 11" M2 will not do USB-C to HDMI out. Dongle works fine with Macbook Air M1, and older 2018 iPad, but this one won't connect. I have tried everything. I tried to connect my Ipad Pro 11" M2 OS 17.0.2 via usb-c dongle to HDMI going to a single source. I've tried 2 different monitors, 2 different TVs and nothing. The first time I tried it the original monitor showed up in the display settings, but it didn't send any video to it, and I was unable to adjust any settings. I've since tried an array of other devices including the original monitor over 20 times, and it will not send any picture to any of them and none of them show in display settings. I have tried with and without stage manager turned on and I have hard rebooted numerous times, nothing works. The dongle works fine with Macbook Air M1. Is this just broken in 17.0.2?

Using a Thunderbolt 27” monitor with an iPad Pro 13” 3rd gen Hello, I’m attempting to use my ipad with my monitor via the Apple Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 adapter, and each time I plug the adapter/monitor in, the ipad shows this each time and does NOT turn on/enable the Thunderbolt Display. Is this compatible? If not, how else can I connect my ipad to my Thunderbolt 27” display? Thanks!
