So I’m wondering why there isn’t a taki emoji? Like those spicy chips, they are so good and I see this as an opportunity. So I’m not sure why there isn’t one, and if there is, where is it? I need answers. Now preferably

Apple does not choose what emojis get added to the set. Only the Unicode Consortium makes those decisions.

You are not addressing Apple here but rather other end users. Demands here can get ignored.
It's not reasonable to demand answers from Apple when they are currently occupied with other tasks and may not see or prioritise your individual comment. Additionally, it's worth noting that Takis are not significant enough to require an emoji from Apple. If you expect Apple to respond to a request for an emoji that almost no one would use, you may not receive a reply from Apple. The other comments on this post also make an amazing point.
