My Apple + app on my ROKU stopped work the other day. I tried the reset, that did not work. I erased the app and now I cannot get it back. What can I do??
This problem is only on my TV. Everything is fine on my iPad.

Try unplugging the Roku device from its power source for about 2-3 minutes and then plug it back in. You mentioned you have already uninstalled Apple TV, after restarting please try to download the app again.
