How do I go about purchasing a new iPhone for my sister?

Dear Apple Company,

My name is Arslan. My sister used to have an iPhone 15 Pro Max. Our dad gifted her this phone. However, two months ago, her phone was stolen. Since then, she has been very sad and depressed, using a basic button phone. I want to make my sister happy and give her an iPhone 15 Pro Max. For this purpose, I have saved 3500 tenge. I saved the money that my mom gave me. Can I pay you 3500 tenge and give my sister the phone? I want to make her happy because her birthday is coming up.

Thank you for the response, but at the moment I only have 3500 tenge saved up. But I don't think this amount will be enough for me, because phones in our region are expensive(600000 tenge). I would like to find a part-time job, but I was not hired because of my age.
