My brother lost his iPad and Find My is showing it offline. How can I see the last location?

my brother was in another country and forget his ipad , and now we go to find my iphone and it appears to me that the ipad is offline , pleese help me to show the last place was ipad in please

Use the Find My App on another device. See information in Find your lost Apple device or AirTag with Find My - Apple Support

including the following:

If Find My can't display the current location (because the phone is powered off or otherwise not sending its location), Find My displays the last location sent by the device or the last known location on the Find My network.
If more than seven days have passed since your device last sent its location to Apple through the Find My network, Find My can't display a location and instead shows "No location found."
