I recently got an Iphone 14 Pro Max as a gift.I checked and the sales region on 3utools says USA but the phone has physical sim card slot.Even by doing an online imei check same.How is that possible as I know that on USA there is not such thing?

There are 4 numbers after the A. Post the full number, like A2306.

Settings > General > About > Model. tap it twice to get a model number which could be something like A2306

For newer models, such as the iPhone 14, the LL designation was used for some units in Canada, also as replacement units.
