Only use data on one line on a dual sim iphone

I have a dual SIM iPhone with my primary number on an eSIM and a secondary line on a physical SIM dedicated to internet use. I want to configure the settings so that only my primary number handles phone calls, messages, iMessage, and FaceTime, while the secondary line is used strictly for cellular data without engaging in calls or messages. Is it possible to set up my phone this way, and if so, how can I adjust the settings accordingly?
