Apple watch series 9 sometimes shows strange white bars on the right and bottom

From time to time (multiple times a day, approximately 5-10 times daily), my apple watch series 9 shows strange white bars on the bottom and left side of the display, like in fhe attached photo. They look like it is a ruler or something. Does somebody know, what this is and how I can disable it?
