I purchased an iPhone 15 pro max literally three days ago and still haven’t done the backup and I realised it’s way too big for me.
at the Apple Store they have mentioned I have 20 days to return the item if I’m not satisfied but I’ve re online that sometimes they charge 25% open box fee?
just wanted to double check if it’s the case as I didn’t ask in store at the time.
i just want to exchange it for the 15 pro.
Typically, you have 14 days after purchase to return just about anything you buy from Apple. Opening the box, won't prevent you from returning the phone. All you have to do is make sure you are within the 14 day return window and take the receipt, the phone in the original packaging, with all included accessories and return it.
I would contact the Apple Store and ask if this is the case. Refund and return policies may very per country
