Unable to Turn off Auto Send in Messages

Hello,

I am unable to get my Auto Send turned off when I use Siri to send a Message.

I have looked at all the discussions and Youtube, however I do not have the option under the Siri & Search Option of Settings that says Automatically Send. So How do I get this turned off? I have an Iphone 13 Pro
