Problems after update 17.2

I have an older phone, an 11. After my update to 17.2, I no longer have my photo icon, the mic for texting doesn't work, and other little bothersome things. It's as though Siri won't respond half the time and my Instagram account has a pop up every single time I use it. I turned my phone off twice, but after I turned it off, that's when I lost my photo icon.

I updated to latest version of software, tried a restart, took the phone to an apple genius and we did a full reset. The buttons work individually so it’s not broken in that way. Following a full reset the screenshot briefly worked. Then I reinstalled all my apps etc and now it’s back to not working again. My new Iphone 13 is not compatible with the Instagram app? I recently upgraded from an SE to a 13, and when I downloaded the Instagram app, the landing page was screwed. Exhibit A below....I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice now, I updated my Iphone, and restarted it already. Nothing necessarily seems to be doing the trick. Kind of annoying this has yet to be resolved yet. Any advice would be helpful! Thanks

iOS 17.2 was released by Apple on December 11, 2023. It was superseded by iOS 17.2.1 on December 19, 2023. There have been four subsequent iOS updates since that time.
