Password not working on MacBook Air

Mac shows second logging screen, none of the password seem to work, after resetting it, first screen is regular screen, password works, but second screen is where I can’t log in


I’ve Restarted and reset the password

Still Mac asks for second sign in page,

Where none of the password works

After resetting the password, Mac starts up, the first screen is the regular log in page I put the new password it works, but it again asks for second log in page, but new password or the Apple ID doesn’t work. Please help 😭

Getting Out of Dual Login Screens:


Reinstall the macOS:

It seems you have a corrupt install, perhaps after an update. So, you need to reinstall the macOS. Nothing will be deleted; it's just that damaged and corrupt system files will be replaced. Go Here: How to Reinstall macOS from macOS Recovery - Apple SupportImportant: Be certain to create a backup of your Mac prior to all of this. That way, you can have something to restore from the Mac from, should anything go wrong with the reinstall. Once reinstalled, try this once more.
