How to fix cellular issue in iPhone?

Anyone have a similar issue and hopefully found the fix? Brand new iPhone 15 on Verizon and I constantly have to turn airplane mode on and off because every 5-10 minutes I will go from three bars to one and the cellular data essentially stops working. Doesn’t matter if on 5g or LTE. Very annoying. Have talked to Verizon several times and done several resets and also got a new eSIM assigned. The new eSIM fixed the issue for half a day and it is back having the same issue. Next step per Verizon is to replace the phone but I don’t think that will solve it. Another iPhone 15 on my account is having the same issue. Regretting getting this phone.

I'm having a similar issue. After several minutes during a call I can hear the party that I'm calling but they cannot hear me. Eventually one of us will end the call and call back. Many times the issue will repeat. This did not happen with any prior iPhone that I have owned. My carrier is Verizon and it happens when using Bluetooth in my car. I rarely make calls outside my car so I cannot say it is a car issue but it only seems to happen there. The call is not dropped. The connection is still active but only one party is heard.
