My iPhone has lost cellular data connection. This seems to be a common problem after the recent updates. I have a SIM and an eSim with different providers, I have gone through the 7-step reset twice and nothing helps. Can a patch be released please.

I would have the hardware checked at an Apple Store or genius bar. Sometimes hardware just fails during an update, and if so this is a fault that would've happened anyway.
It is unlikely that both carriers failed to update their programs.
This is a user to user forum, Apple isn't here.
Have to talked to your carriers about the issues with their service?
