iOS 17.4.1 Iphone 13 Pro Max - Alarm not playing selected song

Hi,

Just like everyone else on here, I’m having issues with my alarm. It continues to the annoying default alarm even though I’ve downloaded and selected the track I’d like to be my alarm. I’ve done everything that was suggested here, to no avail. The default alarm isn’t loud enough for me, which is why I like selecting my own music that will DEFINITELY wake me up. As you can see from the title, I’m also updated to the latest software. What is the issue here? It used to work so I beg the question, why is Apple fiddling around with things that do not need fixing? And how can my concern be resolved?

I’ve also seen that some posts don’t receive responses at all, which would be terrible but please. Can someone help? Downloading the song isn’t the only solution, clearly. I do not know what else to do but reach out to my community 😫
