MacBook Pro m1 2020 usb c issues

Hello,

I have a MacBook Pro 13" m1 2020

macOS Sonoma

1st issue: Both usb c have same issues... when the MacBook is on it doesn't take charge. I need to restart for usb c start charging.

2nd issue: external HDD/SSD are not recognize on usb c. A hub must be used to connect usb/usbC external drive.

3rd issue: SD card reader not detected

4th issue : iPhone / iPad not detected

The only way to charge my MacBook without restarting is to connect with my iMac usb c

and the only USB c that connects is a usb c Pendrive.

please help
