iPhone Storage Says It's Full When It's Not & Camera Freezing

My iPhone 14's camera has been freezing every time I take photos lately.

Also, I'll randomly get a popup that my iPhone's storage is full and it's not full. Also, my iCloud storage is not full either.

iPhone: 171.17GB of 512 GB used = NOT FULL

iCloud: 2.1 TB of 6TB used = NOT FULL

I've already restarted my phone several times.

I've been deleting lots of old videos and thing to see if that would help at all, it doesn't.

My OS is update to date (currently at 17.4.1).

I don't know what else to do when the only popup I get isn't true.
