Activation unlock request denied
Hello,
I purchased my MacBook September 8, 2020. It is not connected to my AppleID nor under my purchases in my Apple Store. I do have the invoice that matches the serial number to the purchase and credit card statement. I signed in once for, but it was not compatible with my schoolwork website.
I have attempted to reset password and it doesn’t work. I have exhausted all areas, but I refuse to buy a new one due to Apple’s inability to approve my reset.
I supplied all needed documentation, yet my activation request unlock was still declined.
Any advice?
