Macbook Pro M2 - Activation Lock ( stuck )

So, in my office have a macbook pro m2 and the status is idle, when i want to reset it ( i've already use hard reset, and DFU Mode ) , it success but it began stuck when "activation lock" , and this macbook linked to an apple account from previous user ( i don't have the contact at all, cause he linked with personal email account not office account ) - picture attached

Is there another way to reset this macbook without linked apple account ?
