LG monitor flashes intermittently, using Mac Mini (M1). How do I stop the flashing

T3 recommended by LG. Back of monitor has Thunderbolt receptacle. It appears that I have corrected the problem by unplugging the power supply and the T3 cable for about 20 minutes. No more flashing since.

Using Thunderbolt 3 for Mini to monitor. Checked power supply and it is firmly inserted into monitor receptacle. Thanks for the suggestions.
