How can I recover my iTunes/Apple Music account?

I have had an iTunes /Apple Music account for years and now it is gone. How do I recover it. It’s not in my inactive subscriptions either.

Your iTunes / Apple account is the combination email and password you use to log in to Apple services, it is not a subscription and would not appear in your subscriptions list.


If you are referring to an Apple Music subscription, then it should appear in the subscription list if its active or recently cancelled as long as you are currently logged in with the Apple account that holds said subscription.


If you have never subscribed to Apple Music or its been very long since it was cancelled, it will not appear in the subscription list.
