Critical bug on macOS Apple Music

the bug is on macOS sonoma 14.4.1

My machine is MacBook Pro M3 Max 36 GB

Once I clicked the iTunes Store button on the left-side menu in Apple Music, it didn't show the result not only that but also the left-side menu couldn't work anymore, once I clicked any other button like Home or Radio it would jump to back the iTunes Store button automatically. Moreover, I can't turn off the Apple Music unless I use Force Quit or reboot the system.

"Thank you for sharing the solution, I reinstalled the macOS and found that it doesn't work, and I started to doubt the Apple ID's problem since it's China's territory Apple ID, after I switched to the US territory Apple ID the problem was fixed."

Location Restrictions:

Items are only playable in the country in which they were purchased. So, if you were to change your home address, then you'd have to purchase it all again. It's a matter of piracy between Apple and the Music Studio. So, these were likely purchased in the US.

Fixing Apple Music Bugs:

A. Reinstall the macOS:

It seems you have a corrupt install, perhaps after an update. So, you need to reinstall the macOS. Nothing will be deleted; it's just that damaged and corrupt system files will be replaced. Go Here: How to Reinstall macOS from macOS Recovery - Apple SupportImportant: Be certain to create a backup of your Mac prior to all of this. That way, you can have something to restore from the Mac from, should anything go wrong with the reinstall. Once reinstalled, try this once more.

B. Report this to Apple:

Do your Part: Report this to AppleApple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback Apple receives on this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed in upcoming updates.

  1. Go Here: Feedback - macOS - Apple
  2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
  3. Comment: when this all started, and how you have troubleshot it thus far. Include the URL to this thread.
  4. Proceed from there as necessary
