Are you looking to remove website login credentials from your iPad's saved passwords - or instead remove saved websites from Safari Bookmarks? Something else?

Deletion of saved website passwords is straightforward. From iPad settings:

Settings > Passwords >

Scroll through the list of saved passwords to find the credentials that you wish to remove. Tap the item, then select Delete Password

Saved Passwords and cached website data are entirely independent of each-other...

Much of your cached website data is volatile - and will be automatically deleted from your devices when it expires. However, some cached website data (e.g., cookies) will be saved until manually deleted from your device(s).

Cached website data stored by the native Safari browser can be easily removed from your iPad:

Settings > Safari > Clear History & Website Data

When clearing data, you can select the time period for which you wish to delete all associated data (e.g. the last hour).

As an alternative to selecting all data, you can selectively delete website data:

Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data >

Using the Search function, enter an appropriate search clue to find the specific website data that you wish to delete, refining the search clue as necessary. From the resulting list of candidates, identify the item that you wish to remove; with your finger, slide to the left to expose the Delete Button. To delete, tap the button,

Be aware that selective deletion should be performed with care - as it can have unexpected results.

If you are not using Safari - and are using a different browser App - the steps required to delete website data will differ and might be accessed from within the associated browser App itself.
