Do you personally know the person sending the funds? If it’s not Green Dot delaying the transfer for security purposes, it could be a scam. I know you said family member, but that’s a popular scam that bad actors use to scam people.

Then it’s likely just as Jeff posted … a large “unusual” amount.

Does the recipient have their AppleCash setup ?
