Links open to App Store not open app even if I have app Downloaded

When there would be a link in a safari that said, click here to open up in the app, I used to click it, and it would open up in the app. Now, every time I do this, no matter what the app it just opens to the App Store. Even when I have the app already downloaded. It is seriously driving me nuts and I have troubleshoot everything I’ve seen online and nothing has worked. This is only a problem when I switched to the iPhone 15. Can I get someone that actually knows what they’re doing because every answer I’ve seen so far has been ridiculous. This is not a problem with the apps. This is a problem with the iPhone.
