Apple Watch fitness isn’t synced for the last 2 months

I lost my iPhone 7 2 years ago and didn’t get to unsync my watch from it because it was having a cellular issue and I couldn’t get back into it so I was using my watch without it, and since feb 15th I completed every ring on the fitness app m-f till mid march when I got covid, is there anyway for that data to be synced to my 13 pro max? Because that progress didn’t sync with it when I paired it and it’s basically gone, both my devices are up to date

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 17

If your Health App or Fitness App can not sync any workout data from the paired Apple Watch to the paired iPhone, there is no workout history left.

Your health data can only be saved as part of the iPhone backup or Apple Watch backup, that you can use after pairing the watch to your new device.

If you pair your watch to a new iPhone, without being able to restore the iPhone from a backup containing the missing Health data, your progress is lost.

All the data from the last 2 months is on my watch though, it was in the fitness history on my watch, but since the new stupid watch is update everything’s changed and I can’t look at my activity history anymore on my watch. I’ve been using my watch with the activity app without my iPhone since mid February, is there anyway to sync that to my phone or be able to back it up and upload it to my phone?
