Setting up new SE and accidentally turned on voiceover. Tried different options to fix, nothing worked.
im now stuck in my enter pass code screen. Double tapping does not work. Pls help!

You can ask Siri to turn off Voice over. "Hey Siri, turn off Voice Over".
Alternatively, you can tap once on a key to select it (it will speak the character), and then tap twice on it to enter it.
siri doesn’t acknowledge. Double tapping doesn’t work. I do not have access to settings icon. I just started to set up phone. I’m communicating from my old phone.
Tap once to select the item first, once it has spoken the character tap it twice to apply.
Alternatively you can triple click the power / sleep button and see if that lets you turn off Voice Over. Again, you will need to tap once to select the menu option if one appears and then twice to select the option after its been spoken.
