Will Apple have an update to add back the Blood Oxygen Feature once they get the problem resolved? Main reason I purchased this version.

I purchased the Ultra 2 iWatch so I could monitor my blood oxygen levels. Only to find that they removed this feature in Jan 2024. The description on their store still includes this feature. Very disappointing. If they win case, I am hoping they can add feature back through an update.
