Iphone 6 & 7 not eligible for settlement
I have 4 phones, a Iphone 6, 6S, and 2 7's to submit the settlement claims. Two of them worked while two (6 & 7) said S/N incorrect and not eligible. Anyone is has the same issue and and any resolution?
Apple serial numbers may contain “1” but not “I”, and zero but not letter “O”.
