Form a business entity, acquire sufficient funding, acquire the Matter and related specs, design and build your products, acquire sales channels, advertise, sell, support, iterate.

I actually want to know the parameters
Say for instance;
I want to make a “light bulb”. What parts do they “recommend” it be built with (Chipsets, boards, preferred companies and \ or Partners)
Also;
To develop air conditioners with it onboard.
I am not trying to reinvent the wheel, I just want to make a product that works….

But it seems like something is not right with the products “claiming” to have HomeKit built inside.
I want to make a product that actually works….and has bells and whistles.
Those are all issues you will have to determine, tailored for your scale, scope, and price targets.
