I saw a few posts but no resolution. My Apple Watch has suddenly starting giving me stand notifications along with random app notifications while in sleep mode.
it has worked fine for a long time and suddenly started doing this with no changes (other than software updates) by me.
I see other have had the same problem but haven’t seen a fix

Did you already force restart your Apple Watch?
Press and hold the Side button and the Digital Crown together for about 10sec, until the screen turns black and the Apple logo reappears, then release both buttons.
Thank you. I have tried that a couple times but it has not seemed to help. It’s an strange issue that came out of nowhere
Did you try to disable the notifications for standing in the Watch App on your iPhone, restart the iPhone, and enable the notifications again?
I have not tried that, worth a shot
