Can’t download songs to my iPad from iTunes

If I find the song I want, instead of just tapping the price box now you are directed to double tap the instruction in the upper left of the screen. That doesn’t work. How can I buy the song?

Unable to re-download a song in iTunes on my iPhone. I purchased a song in iTunes on my iPhone a while ago.
