Iphone 12 Cellular Menu and primary sim settings screen changed after e-sim. My phone number is not seen anymore

Hello, Last week I added a e-sim (only data) to my Ipnone 12 Pro Max . During my travel I wanted to use my voice calls from primary sim, data from travel e-sim. But somehow something happened during the installation and it didn't receive data. I tried all the steps to make it work but couldn't manage. While I was, changing the settings, I accidently added my phone number to my e-sim cellular setting. After this, my primary sim settings menu lost some of the actions such as " wifi call, 3G-LTE-5G selections, My number section " etc. All these settings appeared under the e-sim cellular settings. But that is wrong. I accidently did it. So because my phone number can not be seen under my actual sim settings, my imessage & facetime is only connected with my e-mail adress instead of my phone number. Also I cannot make a wifi call or can make selection between 3G-4G-5G.

When I erased the e-sim, nothing changed. Menu remains the same. But primary sim works fine, so I am connected to network or make/receive voice calls. Just the selections I mention above are missing.

I checked it with my operator, everything looks normal. I did reset all settings & network settings. Nothing changed.

I am adding the screen shots of the both cellular settings of primary(busines) an e-sim(travel) settings screen. Maybe it will make sense when you see what I mean.

Hope someone can tell me what to do.

??

Thanks

Onur
