Why do I get "you removed the group photo" every time I send a messages in a group?

This only happens in one of the group chats I'm in but every time I send a text, a message pops up within the text that says "you removed the group photo" and the group members also get a message that says I removed the group photo. How do I fix this?

Group conversation photo not showing up When I’m in a group conversation, I have the ability to rename the group but not change or add a group conversation photo. Another member of the group added one but I can’t see it, the top of the group iMessage shows the contact bubbles but not the group photo they chose. The other group members can see the photo. Not receiving photos in group messages I'm in a group chat that includes an Android user. Sometimes I don't get photos sent be others in the group, from iPhone users and Android users alike. All the other iPhone users say they are receiving the photos. Is there a setting on my device that might be the cause of this?
