Im getting error code 2002 on my Ipad when I try to open Microsoft office 365 app. App will not load
I have a new Ipad and for some reason I cannot get the Office 365 app to work. I tried everything I have read on line but nothing works. What can I do.
- I uninstalled and reinstalled ( then restarted)
- I disabled all restrictions and screen time
- I am able to log in on line but not in the app
- I reset the account as per instructions
And Im sure there are many others I tried.
