How can I make dictation use text replacement?

Hi, I have a lot of words under my text replacement that work fine when I type the words, but when I use dictation, it gets them all wrong. I have scoured these forums and cannot find the answer to this. When I'm texting I click the microphone and speak into my phone. It messes up a lot of words that I have made shortcuts for under general->keyboard->text replacement.

Is there any way to make dictation use my text replacements? This is driving me crazy.

Text replacement is related to keystrokes. Sample replacements provided by Apple illustrate this:

“hte” —> the
”1/2” —> ½
”omw“ —> On my way!

Dictation is a whole different communication method.
