why is iPhone dictation expanding my two word phrase?

On my iPhone 15 Pro running iOS 18.5, I use voice dictation to text a lot. A phrase I use a lot, let's call it "Red Sauce," is getting automatically expanded to a longer phrase I used long ago, let's call it "Red Sauce Social Club." If I dictate "The red jacket is dry," the automatic text is fine, but if I dictate "The red sauce needs oregano," the automatic text writes "The Red Sauce Social Club". I might have set this up in some function setting long ago but cannot find it in Settings. How do I edit or delete a dictation auto-phrase-expansion or whatever it's called?

SOLVED: In my Contacts, I have two people who's "Company" field is "Red Sauce Social Club."

When Dictation heard me speak "red sauce," it assumed I wanted that company name from Contacts, and expanded the typing to "Red Sauce Social Club."

I removed the Company name from those two contacts, and now when my dictation includes "red sauce," it no longer expands.
