Android user cannot see my texts

While on my phone an update notification appeared I updated my phone to 17.4.1, now my internet connection is poor and an Android user cannot see my sent texts, I can see her texts fine. I have tried many “fixes” for the past 2 1/2 hours and nothing is working is anybody else having this issue and if so is there even a fix or do we have to wait for the next update(or is it Verizon’s fault not Apple).

Text to Android stopped working My new iPad is working fine…I’ve been texting to android phones with no issues. This morning, no changes were made, it stopped sending texts to android devices. I have turned the device on and off, turned airplane mode on and off, checked all my setting and nothing is out of sorts. Oh, my iPhone, which is pared with my iPad is still sending messages to Android. How can I fix this?
