SIM card not installed

Receive this message when I’m on a phone call. No one can call me without a vm response. Now I cannot use this phone for any calls.

iPhone 5s, iOS 12

Subject - About SIM Hey, I have received message regarding SIM i.e. "Mobile data update failed and I'm not able to make or receive calls." Any solution for this ?
