Add ingredients to medication in Health app

Is it possible to add ingredients to a medication in the Health app? For example, if you enter Geritol and pick tablet (“Complete”) it brings up a list of all the ingredients and the mg/ml for each. Add it to your medications, and the Health app shows possible interactions with your other medications. However, if you add Geritol and pick “liquid,” there is no list of ingredients and therefore no list of possible interactions. The liquid Geritol has different ingredients than the “tablet.” How can I add the missing list of ingredients? Without them, it’s like logging breaths of air. You have a log. But you have no log of what ingredients you ingested and how they can affect you.
