My husband is getting all of my photos that I take from my phone and ending up on his phone. What do I do to stop this?

If you are using the same Apple ID, see this support article:

Make sure that each family member has a unique Apple ID - Apple Support

That could happen in a few ways, including at least:

-- if you are sharing an Apple ID and both using iCloud Photo Library.

-- if you have different Apple IDs and use the same Shared Photo Library with your new photos set to go automatically to the shared library.
