the brightness of my ipad screen changes by itself even though all automatic changes have been deactivated

A possible cause is heat. Your iPad may dim the screen when its thermal management detects high internal temperatures - often associated with CPU/GPU intensive workload and/or while fast-charging the iPad's battery.
