Drop in bass quality following Sonoma update: MacBook Pro 16"

I've absolutely loved the sound quality since getting this Macbook Pro back in 2019, but after installing Sonoma the music has become all tinny with very little bass.

Any idea how this can be fixed?

Thanks!

Never had this issue and can not reproduce it.
