How to fix MacBook activation issue with unfamiliar iCloud

What should I do if I bought a MacBook and upon activation it gives me an unfamiliar iCloud? Can I somehow reset it?

Unfortunately, If you purchase a MacBook from an online site such as eBay, there is always the risk that the device is iCloud Locked. If you encounter this issue, your best bet is to contact eBay Support and attempt to return it if the product didn’t mention the device being Activation Locked, or you can try submitting Apple’s iCloud Unlock form if you have the device with you. Apple tends to accept requests if you say that it is from eBay or other used-product sites.
