Apple ID is not active

Can someone help me because i don't know what to do. So when i am trying to log in to the Apple ID it shows me that my Apple ID is not active. Now it happened to me for the second time. First time a normally call to my local apple support a everything went well and after 24 hours my Apple ID was active again but now it happened second time and when I call to my local apple support they told me again that my account will be active after 24 hours again. 24 hours have passed a nothing happened (no email, nothing) so after 2 days a I call again a they told me that they can't do anything about it so my question is that is there any other things to do or any chance that my Apple ID can be active again or I totally lose it.
