Macbook pro heats up and uses battery at rest

Hello:

I have a 13' Macbook Pro purchased 3 years ago, with no complaints so far, I updated to MacOS Sonoma 14.4.1 a little over a week ago and since then when I close the screen it starts to get very hot and drains the battery, which It didn't happen until this last update. The battery is shown as Normal, I have no new programs open, nothing different from months ago. I have removed Nap, the programs that always started by themselves (Word Excel Power point) and nothing.

I did what a contributor from this community recommended to restart the system management controller (SMC) and nothing changed, I left it sleeping at night and completely downloaded in the morning.

Can I do something else or did I take it directly to technical service?
