iCloud pass code won’t work!

I tried to change iCloud passcode & when I went to confirm My passcode was incorrect! This was on iPhone 7 and iPad Pro!

I’m having trouble resetting my iCloud pass code Need to reset my iCloud passcode

Can not change my iCloud password When I try to change my password from the settings and have to insert my passcode, it won’t let me proceed. Does not say anything after I have put in my passcode and after that it wants me to put in the passcode in over and over again. I have updated my system up to date and have done restart to my phone.
