Audio renderer errors on 14.4.1

Mac Mini running latest versin of MacOS is still constantly getting audio renderer issues. I constantly get the below error message when trying to watch Youtube for example.

Browser tested in: Safari, Chrome, Brave (including private browser mode)

Actions taken to troubleshoot: reset SMC and NVRAM. Rebooted Mac (this fixes the issue temporarily and then it happens again after watching one YouTube video.

This is only happening on my Mac Mini. I have a Macbook Pro that is used daily on the same 14.4.1 OS version that has never had this issue once.

The issue has been present on the last 3 or 4 iterations of MacOS.
