In regards to Apple HRV it’s total crap. I have a professional grade HRV testing system in my office and I’m consistently high 90’s +.
My Apple Watch has never had me over 40. This morning I did my HRV on Apple Watch then on my professional program - Apple had me at 30ms where my device had me at 96 which I pretty much am consistently.
