Voice mail not working

Never got the option to set up my voicemail on my iPhone 14 . I just need help setting it up so I can receive voicemails like how do I start setting it up ?

Unable to setup Voicemail on my iPhone I just moved into an iPhone 8. iOS 16.7.10. I cannot set up voicemail. When I click on voicemail, there is no set up option. It just says "voicemail" in a box in the middle of the screen, and touching it doesn't give me an option to set anything up. [Re-Titled By Moderator]

See this link for help, but if it doesn't help, contact your carrier as Voicemail is a carrier provided feature --> Set up your voicemail on iPhone - Apple Support
